This place is good, and provides everything I need, including free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, luggage storage, and tv. On my first stay, the staff helped me find great local eating spots. I recommend enjoying breakfast in the lovely garden area! I'm coming back for a business trip.

The staff are very very nice, managed the parking on site.

We had 3 quiet days here, recommend the place. The hotel was gorgeous and comfy with fairly friendly people on one shift. The location was amazing, a 10-15 minute walk from Main Square.

the location is particularly good and magnificent, relatively close to a medieval gothic gate tower. plus, this hotel is adjacent to the centre of krakow and nice to walk around the neighbourhood to the centre of krakow : and very nice quiet garden.

Consider requesting a room facing the garden for a quieter experience, away from street noise.

Delightfully cozy with perfect cleanliness, this hotel is just a 10-minute walk to the city center! Excellent breakfast choices and friendly staff add to the charm. Although street noise can occasionally be a bother, it doesn't detract from the warm and inviting atmosphere. Definitely a budget-friendly gem worth recommending!

Quiet charm in the city

The front desk team was genuinely friendly, and I loved the cozy atmosphere in the garden area, perfect for morning coffees. A local bakery nearby offered delicious pastries.

My room faced the busy street, and the noise from passing trams made it hard to get quality sleep. The room size was also a bit cramped.

We enjoyed exploring the city by tram, really convenient, especially with the kids and our furry companions. The breakfast spread was good, with something for everyone. Plus, the proximity to the Market Square made sightseeing easy.

My wife says that the noise from the street was quite distracting at night.

Noise levels from nearby streets and hallways were also noticeable, impacting the overall sleep quality.
